Woodford International School is an independent, non-profit PreK-12 international school, that provides learning experiences designed to promote the maximum potential of its students, following the IB PYP framework and the Cambridge curriculum.

Founded in the 1950s with just eleven students and known as Honiara International School, WIS has a rich and vibrant history.

Today, enrollment is over 300 students, and WIS is well-known in the Solomon Islands for its unmistakable culture of quality, exceptional care, and limitless opportunities. We instill a passion for and dedication to rigorous academic and personal exploration in our students.
